Hidden or private articles

Some articles are Private i.e. only visible to Logged in users with the capability to view Private posts, by default this means users with the admin or editor role, although the capability to view private posts may be added to specific users either by adding the capability or by use of plug-ins.

If you have followed an article link from an email to view private posts without being logged in you may get a Not Found message or a login prompt.
